Well, as long as the GCC 4.5.2 branch (current stable patchbranch) doesn't
need any patches, I will try to get a sezero-equivalent win64 hosted
toolchain out built by me, based on autobuilds and sezero's build script.
TDM proved to have some trouble building GCC (some underscoring business),
but I am now using sezero's build to build me an lto-enabled 4.5.2
prerelease with latest binutils (2.20.51), mingw-w64 (1.0-20100914) and GCC
(4.5-20100909), with multilib, if you're interested.
