IIRC there is no foolproof way to deal with this issue, libmsvcr100.a only has the __lc_codepage_func version, no __lc_codepage, so that goes both ways if you want to link to msvcrXX instead of msvcrt. Anybody know if GetProcAddress works on data exports?
