correct, I didn't write it properly in the previous message

64-bit build from TDM-GCC redistribution.

And it looks this build has probably some issues with the headers (as
you said most probably not up-to-date versions).
So I grabbed different build from here:

and the problems went away.
Since there are quite a lot of different mingw-w64 builds around do you
know what should be the 'official' and most up-to-date (ie. contining
minimum bugs)?
