The patch has been validated by using a cross-compiler on a Linux host. It validated that the regression is resolved by testing the build and running tests with and without SEH implementation. SEH implementation for Arm64 is in the final stage of upstreaming. Some packages were validated by executing all tests on a WoA machine. The native toolchain might be used to execute mingw tests, however that work is not integrated into the CI yet, and it is on the list with high priority.
