There is indeed a failing hunk with 2.6.16.20, but it is trivial to fix.
There is only one line in net/ipv6/xfrm6_policy.c in
_decode_session6() that make it fails.
It's easy to merge it manually using net/ipv6/xfrm6_policy.c.rej and
net/ipv6/xfrm6_policy.c.orig.
I can send my updated patch for 2.6.16.20 if anyone is interested.
