I put the patch for 2.6.16.20 on-line at:

Warning:
The patch applied on 2.6.16.20 works well on my test bed,
BUT as MIPL 2.0.2 has been validated on a 2.6.16 kernel (not
2.6.16.20), I encourage anyone who may encounter a problem with this
patch and kernel 2.6.16.20 to try to reproduce it on a 2.6.16 kernel
and report it.

There is indeed a failing hunk with 2.6.16.20, but it is trivial to fix.
There is only one line in net/ipv6/xfrm6_policy.c in
_decode_session6() that make it fails.
It's easy to merge it manually using net/ipv6/xfrm6_policy.c.rej and
net/ipv6/xfrm6_policy.c.orig.
I can send my updated patch for 2.6.16.20 if anyone is interested.
