I want to ask about the handover procedure in MIPL
The handover procedure is like this:

router solicitation->
<- router advertisement
neighbour solicitation ---------------------------->
<------------------------ neighbour advertisement
Binding Update
------------------------------------------------------------------->
<---------------------------------------------------Binding
acknowledgement
But when i try to analize the MIPL using ethereal to see the handover
procedure, it seems that the procedure doesn't work the same way as the
theory...The procedur was not systematically..
example
router advertisement ->
neighbor solicitation ->
binding update -->>
<-- neighbour advertisement
<-- binding acknowledgement
why does it run like that?? is it to increase the handover latency??
