as I wrote, this was for the 2.6.31.3 kernel from Ingenic with patches
to remove some of their custom hacks, f.ex. in the i2c-jz47xx driver.

I think I made those logs while the backlight was off and the cpu was
mostly idle (periodically logging barometer data to an sd card). As
you can see, there are a lot more levels than 4. The horizontal axis
is in seconds.
