Remove bogus glyphs for characters uni30D0, uni30D1, uni30D2 and uni30D3
The 6x12 pixel roman variant had four inaccurate glyphs in the Katakana
Range (Katakana ba, Pa, Hi, Bi). None of the other fonts in this family
have any glyphs in that character range, nor did R6x12 have any other
Katakana glyphs.
