To say it with bsiegert@ is appropriate here:
Why on earth does XFree86 have fucking modified copies of the freetype
header files? Merge freetype changes here, too.
Also do internal adjustments needed for the new freetype2 version
and clean up this mess and rebase them all in a minified fashion.
