I've updated the page on mirroring techniques at
<http://www.apache.org/info/how-to-mirror.html>. There are now two, more
preferred strategies - CVSup and rsync. If you're not using these, I would
urge you to do so - they are far more bandwidth-friendly than proxy
mirroring or FTP mirroring, and at some point we may disable anonymous FTP
altogether for security reasons.
