I have no idea that's happening. Just as little as: 1. I run sysupgrade to boot from bsd.rd without serial console hack; 2. Machine is hangs, I realized that I had forgot to put serial console back and open an issue to ask for KVM; 3. In something like an hour or so KVM is connected and machine sends email with upgrade log in about a minute when I get KVM creds; 4.
