I don't see lladdr in the OpenBSD 3.7 version of the online man page, maybe you should check that. The default man pages for the website are current, unless you specify a stable version. Make sure you do that next time. Back on lladdr, you must use a snapshot in order to get it, as it was put in after 3.7 was tagged.
