hi here at my home i have an old portwell appliance with an via ( cyrix ) c3 533 Mhz cpu and 5 ethernet ports , + 2 pci slots ( one for my wlan 54MBit ). boot by serial port . checkout http://www.portwell.com/products/detail.asp?CUSTCHAR1=NAD-2075 is similar but little bit new then my i run a dsl 18 Mbit line with it and as configure 1 eth port for dsl ( wan ) and eth ports 4 for a bridge ,as switch replacement :) power consum are 15 until 16 W . i bought it by ebay for 50 euro. holger
