Hopefully sooner rather than later because I fought this for a couple days on my own before posting and I really need to get this resolved. Unfortunately I've no clue as to whether using a different card will help or not. Anyone out there w/this system or using a Tyan Tomcat i7221A (S5151) system board? Any dual port nics that work? fwiw-- I've subsequently tried several OS's where this card/driver is know to work but it doesn't w/my config. Hence I am becoming more and more suspicious this is resulting from some BIOS/NIC Chipset issue. To wh/ end I installed XP Pro.
