The patch applied, and I'm going to build a new -current, so this may take a few hours... I will update...
*update* that seems to fix the issue... I have not received any pms0 messages, and I've been using the trackball for an hour or so, with chrome. The trackpad/touchstick appears to work again. I don't what happened earlier, but when I plugged in the trackball, the trackpad quit working, but now it's back. Thanks for your help. I hope this gets committed...
