I think he means lpr listening on v6 and pushing out to the v4 address
on the other end.

There's no need for extra shit to do what has been possible for years.

Of course you can do it at any layer you want. There's also faithd if you want to do it at layer 4. I prefer my translations to be done at layer 3, thank you very much.
