Not really. In general, by the time you notice something doesn't build, a 
developer has also noticed, if not fixed the problem. If the problem persists, 
it usually means you've done something wrong. We try to encourage people to use 
snapshots as much as possible for this reason. Behavior regressions are much 
more interesting than build regressions. 

In this case the problem is persisting longer than usual, but it has been 
noticed. 

Sometimes special instructions appear on 
http://www.openbsd.org/faq/current.html but not always.
