I just received the Olimex "USB-Serial-Cable-F".

On my OpenBSD workstation it attached as:
uplcom0 at uhub8 port 4 "Prolific Technology Inc. USB-Serial Controller" rev 
1.10/3.00 addr 6
ucom1 at uplcom0

Seems to work fine as a serial connection to the BBB, I can see the boot 
messages of the stock Angstrom distribution fly by.
