Higher clock speed => higher power consumption, and there may be issues getting that much power -- cleanly -- through the MicroUSB connector. As it is, I noticed one of my two BBB's keeps losing its network when it is using YP, but seemingly no problem when NOT using YP. I wouldn't be surprised if this proves to be a power problem, but haven't got around to improving the power supply yet. Nick.
