Indeed. It is funny how often this comes up when we change that file,
and I wonder why we've never noticed that it is stupid.
I would expect /etc/disktab should be installed early. I wonder if we
need a regular "more like base" install path for disktab, rather than
the "etc set" side.... even though the file is in /usr/src/etc.
Anyone want to take a shot at this?
