So apparently your device is correctly listed but you cannot open its node. Can you post your dmesg with all these connected device? Are you sure the ugen(4) node corresponding to your printer is not already open? To get more information could recompile the devel/libusb1 package with DEBUG set? This will produce some verbose output when cups will use it.
