You can try iRedMail, it's free and open source mail server solution. With iRedMail, you can setup a full-featured mail server in several minutes, and it works on OpenBSD and several main stream Linux/BSD distributions: http://www.iredmail.org/ By the way, it uses Dovecot instead of Courier.
