I don't know specifically, but I've found from picking up pretty much
at random cheapo 80211n USB warts (as in, inserted they're barely visible
at all), a surprising number are in fact supported by the u*n drivers in
OpenBSD. Your mileage may vary and in my experience the parts that claim
ac compatibility are less likely to be supported at this point.

The backstory is that the majority of these parts are simply rebadged parts
sourced from a very limited number of manufacturers, and historically there
has been little to no guarantee that parts with the exact same exterior 
attributes
such as part number or type designation do not change internally to something
quite different over time. 

So if the thing isn't terribly expensive, go buy it, stick it in an OpenBSD 
system
and see if it comes up as something useful. Check -current too. If it isn't
supported, consider tracking down a developer to send the part to.
