These tend to be pay for and you may need to run ntfs as I found some inconsistent Windows programs don't cope with case sensitive file systems despite various tweaks. In my general experience, NTFS-3G isn't as stable (can cause panics) as FFS or ro ntfs on OpenBSD though either.
