hi misc@, i am doing a port of the hare programming language[1] to OpenBSD and have a question regarding the zoneinfo that is packaged with OpenBSD: can leap-seconds.list be packged at /usr/share/zoneinfo/leap-seconds.list? it is a requirement for the time part of the stdlib to work.
