Vendors seem to use the phrase 'open hardware' somewhat loosely.
The few that I did find mostly sell AMD64 machines with coreboot.
All well and fine, but I don't need an extremely performant machine,
much less needlessly-invasive, vendor-controlled features like
Intel ME and AMD PSP. I've seen the power9 machines - they're
well outside my budget. Can one do better? If so, are there any
options with adequate openbsd support? Thanks.
