I think FVWM should be usable, but you will have to give it a try to confirm. I used a Radeon R9 270 Graphics Card (2GB, GDDR5) [1]. At first, I tried with a smaller GPU, a Radeon Pro Graphics Card WX310 [2], but drivers were missing and/or wasn't recognized by the kernel.
