As far as I know the best that you can do is llama.cpp which can run a model from https://huggingface.co/ If you have enough RAM and patience you may run releativly large models (~30B) on CPU. I never tried AMD GPU, but embeded Intel GPU is supported via vulkan, but machine which I've tried works slowly on GPU than CPU in llama.cpp. -- wbr, Kirill
