$ date [...] $ ftp -o- https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/7.9/packages-stable/amd64/) [...] (It is more useful to know what files _are_ present and with what timestamps, rather than what isn't). You could also check on an actual mirror, it's a bit difficult to track things down with cdn as you could be hitting any of a large number of nodes, potentially with different objects cached. (Note that for cdn "the directory index" is cached as an object like any other, it doesn't relate to what actual files it has cached ...)
