I'm very new to OBSD and BSDs in general, coming from Debian Linux (which now does raid1 from the installer). I notice that both OBSD and NetBSD use raidframe and ccd. The NetBSD FAQ has a chapter on setting up raidframe for root raid1. Perhaps it would give some direction. I do not know if it is the correct approach for OBSD. Doug.
