you are fucking everybody for no good reason, as suddenly their httpds
will only listen on v6.
so the new httpd should, if there's no "Listen" in httpd.conf, behave same
way as if there was

Just for the record, this is the KAME patch. And it does not
fail "miserably", it does the right thing.
