Look, you got it right. They are 2 *DIFFERENT* BSDs. They have their own (different) rules (or not) and play by them. OpenBSD plays by the OpenBSD rules, not the FreeBSD or the NetBSD rules. The ZFS license is problematic in these here parts (and you've been shown why, it's on the website and in the archives). It's all mighty dandy that it's not problematic in other parts. We already knew about it, now you know about it too. Can we leave it at that, please ?
