I suspect the problem comes from 216.146.32.0/255.255.254.0, can you try
to replace with 216.146.32.0/23 and see if the "inet_net_pton" warning
goes away in logs ?

I'd definitely advise you to upgrade to 5.3.3 even though that will not
fix your issue :-)
