AFAIK it is not.
But you can always chain filters like
filter "rdns" phase connect match !rdns disconnect "550 rDNS check failed"
filter "fcrdns" phase connect match !fcrdns disconnect "550 fc-rDNS check
failed"
filter "inbound" chain { "rdns","fcrdns" }
> filter whitelist \
> phase connect \
> match rdns <whitelist> \
> match fcrdns \
> bypass
