Hi Oscar,

as Kai suggested it seems you're using trixxbox.  The trixxbox guys have
made some Patches against asterisk which does not make it compatible
with external modules like chan_misdn anymore.

I would suggest you'll get the latest asterisk stable from source and
install this. You can do that easily with our install-asterisk script
which can be found at:

www.beronet.com/downloads/install-asterisk.tar.gz

The best way to install it would be to install a Debian Sarge and then
use the above script for asterisk and the rest.
