Subject: Tomorrow A.M.

Carl ,

I need you to do it again.

Last month, you and other concerned citizens blasted Capitol Hill offices with
phone calls, emails, and faxes insisting your U.S. Senators filibuster Big
Labor's Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill to protect first
responders and taxpayers nationwide.

Now, the union bosses and their allies in the Senate are trying to cheat and
change the rules.

Tomorrow morning, the Senate will vote on Senate Resolution 10, which would gut
one of our nation's most vital checks against out-of-control government.

Please take a moment to call Sen. Claire McCaskill at (202) 224-6154 and Sen.
Roy Blunt at (202) 224-5721, or email Sen. Claire McCaskill and Sen. Roy Blunt,
and urge them to oppose Senate Resolution 10 in tomorrow's vote or any other
attempt to weaken the filibuster.

If you've already called, call again or send an email. Forward this message to
friends and like-minded activists.

It's absolutely vital we keep up the pressure until tomorrow's vote.

You see, Harry Reid and Big Labor are scheming to violate two centuries of
precedent and destroy this important safeguard for freedom by changing Senate
rules with only 51 votes -- even though normal procedure requires 67 votes.

That means the smallest margin in this one vote could ultimately lead to one
power grab after another getting rammed through the Senate.

No wonder Big Labor front group "American Rights at Work" is pressuring for the
rule change.

That's why it's vital you act right away.

Please contact your U.S. Senators immediately. Call Sen. Claire McCaskill at
(202) 224-6154 and Sen. Roy Blunt at (202) 224-5721, or email Sen. Claire
McCaskill and Sen. Roy Blunt.

Insist they oppose Senate Resolution 10 in tomorrow's vote, or any other
attempt
by Harry Reid and his Big Labor-appeasing pals to cheat and change the rules
with only 51 votes.

You made the difference against the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining
Bill in Harry Reid's December "lame duck" session.

Now, you can be the difference again.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

P.S. Please, call Sen. Claire McCaskill at (202) 224-6154 and Sen. Roy Blunt at
(202) 224-5721, and urge them to oppose Senate Resolution 10 in tomorrow's vote
or any other attempt to weaken the filibuster.

After you've contacted your U.S. Senators, please consider chipping in with a
contribution of $10 or more to help the Committee fight back against Harry
Reid's latest scheme.
