Hi Uday,

did you try to use the MainApp and load the time series by using
File/Open Sequence...?

I don't know how the images are connected to each other.

Ether the default reader creates a volume with each timestep as one
slice and then you can use the transversal slider (Icon: green / red
cross with two arrows) to step through the time (originally used to step
through the volume of one timestep) or it detects the timeseries and
you can use the time slider (see icon above).

Or you will have to write your own reader to ensure, that the Tiff files
are loaded the right way.

Regards,

Ingmar

Betreff: [mitk-users] 2D time series

Hello everyone,

I have a time series of 2D images (TIFF). I would like to load them and
display them in a GUI with a slider for time series. I went through the
tutorial and documentation but couldn't find the best way to do this for
2D time series. Can you point me in right direction or provide snippets
of sample code?

Thanks,
-Uday
