Thanks for your suggestion. But I am trying to develop my own application
for this in Qt4. I should have mentioned it in my previous email.
The concepts of image/datatree/storage new to me (I am familiar with ITK), I
am not sure how and what to use to develop my application.
Is there a preferred way to read and store the 2D time series in MITK for
visualization purposes and processing (using ITK)?
