Dear guoyanmin (is that your name?), what you describe and show in the photo is the normal interpolation of missing slices. When you delete the segmentation in slice 50, the interpolation mechanism notices that this slice is empty and suggests an interpolation. This interpolation has the same shape as the deleted segmentation because of the way you originally created the segmentation.
