Hi all,
What tool do you use to visualize StateMachine.xml?
Thanks!

Dear guoyanmin (is that your name?),
what you describe and show in the photo is the normal interpolation of
missing slices.
When you delete the segmentation in slice 50, the interpolation mechanism
notices that
this slice is empty and suggests an interpolation. This interpolation has
the same shape
as the deleted segmentation because of the way you originally created the
segmentation.
Regards
Daniel

Subject: [mitk-users] MITK BUG, please give me some tipp
hallo every one
i have found one mitk BUG, i set the segmentation into a data volume, for
example in slice 45 and slice 56 at one of direction, after that i use
interpolate Tools to interpolate between of them. after all i use the
segmentation's Erase Tool to delete the segmentation from slice 50, it is
successful, but the contour of segmentation stays always in the slice,if i
change the slice from 50 to 51 use mouse and want to do some things in the
other slices, then the program is crashed.
anybody can tell me, how about this bug, how i can take this away, because i
implement also another functions, it looks like this. i add one photo to
show you, how about the contour.
in this photo i show you in every 3 direction this is alway the contour in
the slice Image, but it is not my wish, it could also let the program crash.
