Hi Guys;
I have planned to implement a simple IGT system for
evaluating surgery
procedures under abnormal cranial conditions (e.g.
pressure variations).
This is the objective of my PhD: run-time adaptable
registration and
segmentation algorithms under abnormal cranial
conditions.
People from 3DSlicer have made a great work with the
NAMIC IGT ToolKit
NAMIC. But, since I'm experienced in Qt and the
interaction model of MITK is
a great approach I would like to know if you guys have
already available an
IGT module or interface for using a simple mouse as a
tracker device? If
not, could be possible to use/migrate 3D Slicer IGT
module into MITK? Have
someone in this list tried that?
