Dear Amir,
please always write to the users-list to help others who have similar questions.
I do not really understand your last Mail.
You were unpatiently waiting for our answer. We are sorry for the delay, but we
all try to do what is possible. I was out of office in fact.
You need a help-file of the software? Since MITK rather is a framework for
medical image analysis, interaction and even image guided therapy, we focus
onto documentation of classes but will extend documentation of the
functionalities in the future. Bugs for this are already assigned.
The application, that you are currently using is rather an example of how to
use these classes than an application with user-support and an extensive
help-file (but this will come).
Have you seen the description on
http://www.mitk.org/wiki/Interactive_segmentation and also the video?
Best Regards,
Ingmar

Hello Dear Dr.Wegner Ingmar:
I was unpatiently Waiting for your reply, from 2 days ago.Dear Dr. Ingmar, I
have some important questions About the
MITK Ussage, that I ask you as soon as possible, but I appreciate if you
answer me as soon as possible, Please or
introduce me any Help File of this Software.
Best Regards.
Amir Hossein Saveh.
Hi Amir,
if you want to program with MITK, you will need ITK and VTK (and CMake).
If you want to test a module of the MITK code (like Interactive
Segmentation), then you can download the installer only, as you obviously
already did.
To load / import a DICOM data series, you have to click on “File” and
then select “Open Sequence” and navigate to the folder with the Dicom images.
If they are not shown, type *.* into the textbox for the name of the
data and hit return. Then all files will be shown. Select the first Dicom image
and then click “OK”.
If you need further help, please explain in more detail what you want
to do. Software development or a simple test of the application…
Besides the Interactive Segmentation Application there are many other
modules (Functionalities) that might be of interest.
Best Regards,
Ingmar

3- I want to use this software to segment the 62 MRI DICOM Images, in
Soft Tissues involved (a)Femural
cartilage,(b) Tibial Cartilage and, (c) Meniscus ,as Accurate as
Possible, and I know The best algorithm for
this Aim is The Wtereshed Algorithm, But I don't Know Is This Software
