Thank you for the reply. I was able con compile the code successfully after
turning SHARED_LIBS OFF at CMAKE for MITK.
What would be the difference if I recompile ITK and MITK with SHARED_LIBS
ON. Should I have VTK with SHARED_LIBS ON as well?
Also, when I was compiling the MITK with SHARED_LIBS OFF some other items
generated an error all on the same code.

My question is, will having SHARED LIBS ON correct these error messages as
well?, also when testing the tutorial codes, the REGION GROWING did not
work... would this be the cause as well?
