Hi Francois, There are two separate things: MITK as the C++ library for medical imaging and MITK-3M3, an application that we build in the last months.
The latest release of MITK, the software framework is 0.12.2. A new release should be made soon, as much of the application structure has changed since 0.12.2. MITK-3M3 is our prototype for a end-user application using the new application structure. It was in heavy development in our group over the last months. Some of our developers are right now at the RSNA in Chicago where they present it publicly. As soon as they return, we will make an official announcement it available for download at our webpage. The link that Tobias posted points to nightly generated beta versions of the application that we use for quality assurance and testing. They contain only executables, no source code. Not everything that is contained in MITK-3M3 is (yet) available as open source, so parts may not show up in the online documentation. But MITK-3M3 contains an online help feature - just press F1 to get documentation about how to use the modules. I hope this clarifies thing a bit.
