Hi Francois, Yes, part of MITK 0.12.2 is the 'MainApp' application that comes with several application modules (Functionalities). We do not continue development and will probably not release any more bug fixes for it, but as it is Open Source, you can do anything you like with it - as long as it does not violate the license (http://mitk.org/wiki/License). But I strongly suggest that you try out the new MITK-3M3 application. Most if not all of the functionality has already been ported to MITK-3M3 and many new things have been added. MITK-3M3 will definitely be the end user application that we will promote and support in the future. Contributions from the community are greatly appreciated.
