Hi Yves, hopefully you mean 20089 and not 10089, otherwise this would be quite an old version. Anyway, please try an SVN update of the classes: - mitk::Geometry3D - mitk::Geometry2D - mitk::PlaneGeometry - mitk::AbstractTransformGeometry (in each case the .h and .cpp file). They should be all located in the mitk/Core/Code/DataManagement folder, I guess.
There have been some recent bug fixes in the 2D geometries coordinate system handling.
