Hi all,
I have several dicom mri series of a patient. The series were all created
during one mri session. In some of the series the scan planes get
misinterpretet (transversal is sagital), which causes a misalignment of the
series, which should spatially overlap. Is there a way to define how a dicom
series is aligned with the anatomical planes?
