Hi Users,
I would like to generate a dynamic library from my algorithm.
My algorithm uses an anatomical atlas in an image file (.mhd).
So, what I want is just one .so file including my atlas.
How can I compile my atlas into the lib??
And how can I load the image from the lib??
My development environment includes linux, ITK and CMAKE.
