Hi, right now mitk supports various file types to export images like .mhd or DICOM. However, there is no special support for exporting segmentations.
Do you plan to support the export of segmentations in the future, for example as DICOM-RT? Since most medical applications expects contours in such a format, it would be great to see such a feature in mitk.
